How to Create an eBOL
Watch the video to get a step-by-step guide to completing an online Bill of Lading (eBOL) with OD.
A Bill of Lading is a legal document that describes what a carrier is transporting on behalf of a shipper and where it will be delivered. OD needs this information to pick up your freight and deliver it to your consignee.
You can either complete and print the paper form for your driver or submit your electronic BOL online.
Follow along with these video guides to understand where to access the eBOL tool, how to fill it out, and where to save locations and commodities for later. If you need help, contact your Solutions Specialist or call OD Customer Service at 1-800-235-5569 on Monday-Friday, 7 am-8 pm ET.
